RAB proposes to improve the accessibility of local dairy products in the BoP markets through increased milk production and the development of the collection and distribution network. Through this idea, special emphasis will be put on the production and distribution of alfalfa to dairy farmers. Ultimately, the RAB company aims to provide Nigerien populations with healthy and high-quality dairy products at a competitive price compared to other imported dairy products. The final customers of the company are the BoPs consumers in the urban and semi-urban areas of Niger.
