The partnership between Kieni Dairy Products Limited (KDPL) and 2SCALE aims to make KDPL more sustainable and inclusive as an aggregator, processor, and employer. To achieve this, KDPL and 2SCALE are keen on improving the quality of milk by building dairy farmers’ capacity to grow and preserve animal feeds, especially farmers located in semi-arid areas. The partnership is also focused on value addition and enhancing market penetration to serve Base of Pyramid consumers with nutritious and safe dairy products. Women empowerment, youth inclusion, and catalyzing access to green innovation are also at the heart of this partnership.
